  • Connect

    It all begins with reaching out. E-mail me. Introduce yourself. Share your story or tell me what you desire for your health. If you don’t know, share what you’re feeling and what changes you would love physically, emotionally and mentally. If you’re just curious and feel drawn towards working together, share that. If you feel cruddy and want to feel better and don’t know where to start - that’s a perfect beginning too! Connecting obligates you to nothing and opens the door to change.

  • Relay

    We chat. We connect. We schedule 30 minutes to talk on the phone or zoom. We introduce ourselves and decide if working together is what you want. If yes, you commit to one month of reflecting, learning, experimenting and getting curious about your helath and overall wellbeing with me.

    What does a one month commitment mean?

    It means you choose 1 of 4 superfood support kits to get you started with base line tools for healthy lifestyle success. Remember, this is a LIFESTYLE doula experience. The intention is to turn health curiosities into actions, then into habits, then into a SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE that you LOVE! I, as your Holistic Lifestyle Doula, do not try to put you on any pre determined schedule or practice or diet. I listen deeply, I reflect back to you and based on YOUR needs, desires and intentions WE CO- CREATE lifetyle intentions that fit YOUR life. That can look many diffrent ways. The important part of us succeeding together to support you is sustainable empowerment. Curiosity and confidence in self advocating for your own health your way. Re-connecting with your intuition and innate knowledge.

  • What is a Holistic Lifestyle Doula? What does a one month commitment look like?

    Think of me as a spot light and a bridge. I help you get very specific about your health and lifestyle goals. We set intentions on how to meet those goals and I journey next to you as you move through your intentions. I’m here for support in many different ways as your needs change. For the first month we schedule two weekly checkins. I’m available via messaging anytime and will respond at least once a day during my morning or evening reply times. Together we make changes.

    Protocol:

    Physical/emotional/mental assessments to get clear on where you are and where you want to go. Environmental assessment (toxins in home, skin care, cleaning supplies…) Choose a superfood support plan for you to ADD to your current food lifestyle. We always focus on adding over taking away to start. More times then not, adding what you need allows what no longer serves you to fall away!) Co-create a morning practice that you love and look forward to! (30 mins)….. and so on, we go communicating and cultivating your healthy , sustainable, enjoyable lifestyle!
